Friends of Black Rock High Rock invites you to explore a wilderness of countless canyons, vast open spaces, alkali flats and fantastically formed hot springs and buttes. Long ago, ancient Lake Lahontan covered the area and you can still see those shoreline scars today. The Black Rock Desert – High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation area contains over 1.2 million acres to explore. More

Fly Ranch Sunset Nature Walks

For the first time, we are hosting a small series of daily sunset walks from August 17 – September 10. As a precaution in respect of public health and safety, these walks are open in a limited capacity. Please do not trespass. Guardians are on site.
