The Gerlach Hotel was owned by Loella Sweet up until the time of her death in 2012.

The Gerlach Hotel no longer rents rooms. Rooms are available at Bruno's Motel.

The Gerlach Hotel appears in the movie Far From Home.

To the left of the Hotel is the service station that also appears in Far From Home.

In 1947, the hotel was possibly named Hotel Stanley and owned by Charles Carter.

In 1960, the hotel was possibly named Baum's Hotel. At the time, it was the only hotel in town and is described as being an elderly one story building.[1]

To the right of the Hotel is Bev's Miners Club.
