Opportunity Alliance Nevada and Friends of Black Rock High Rock want to invite our friends to gather to fill bags for the Karma Box Project.

You can fill bags in two different ways: bring some items (details below) or stay and help break items into packages that will be dropped at the 50+ Karma Boxes around town! Just like this one in front of Laughing Planet in Midtown.

Where: Meet us at 8565 White Fir Street Reno, NV – Brewer’s Cabinet Production Brewery

When: Friday, February 10th at 5:30 pm

What: We will come together volunteers will create “kits” and sort supplies for the Karma Box Project! If you can’t volunteer, stop in, have a craft beer or play a game, and drop off any of the following items: knit wool caps, gloves, socks, space blankets or light blankets rolled up to preserve space in the box; one-use hygiene items like toothbrushes/small tubes of toothpaste (no large bottles or multi-item packs), tampons, nonperishable foods preferably in pop-top containers, individual snacks, bars and ramen.
