Dear Friend,
This month marks the 10th Anniversary of Friends of Black Rock High Rock!
That's ten years of working with the many different people and groups
interested in preserving the wealth of experiences found in the Black
Rock Desert. Whether you like riding on one-track paths in remote
canyons or following in the footsteps of the Emigrants, hunting for
opals or hot springs or bighorn sheep, or camping on the playa all
alone or with your friends, we are here to promote safety and responsibility
while making sure that the Black Rock NCA stays accessible for
everyone. We have grown considerably from our humble beginnings, with
many more fun events and other education and conservation programs, and
this is only possible with your continued support So please, become a member today,
and recruit your friends to become members. Thank you for being a part
of the spirit of the Black Rock, and we hope to see you out here for
the Black Rock Rendezvous! |
