Well, they weren't (too damned cheap). And they didn't cow tow to threats of law suits by the big legal suits Recology rolled in.

The HCC voted to NOT grant Jungo Land Investments (Recology) a five-year extension on their Conditional Use Permit.

Game over. Hopefully.

While I don't know if Recology will file an appeal or anything else. Here's where we are today.

Send or call in a thanks for today's hearing to Bob Dolan and Massey Mayo of Dolan Law in Winnemucca.

I'll keep you posted. NAG will keep you posted. We've been a bit short on victories and this is time for all to savor the moment.
