Black Rock Amateur Radio Association

As of August 2009 there are some cool new ham radio resources serving the Black Rock Desert!

* UHF repeater on 440.175 MHz, PL 100.0, no offset. This is IRLP node 3075 (see below for quick start information about IRLP)
NOTE: I have found the offset is 5 MHz, according to http://status.irlp.net/IRLPnodedetail.php?nodeid=7249

* VHF simplex IRLP node on 146.7 MHz, PL 100.0, no offset. This is IRLP node 3075 (Careful: most radios will assume frequency will have negative offset, so you may have to manually override the repeater setting)

ARPS digipeater "GERLCH" on 144.39 MHz gatewayed to the internet (ARPS-IS). This allows your friends back in civilization to track you vis sites like http://aprs.fi/

Granite repeater

145.230 MHz with a PL of 123, and of course the offset is 600 kHz in the 2m band
