Other policies

This is from Tom Shaw President/CEO Arizona Memorial Museum Association:

Also from Tom Shaw:

According to the latest IRS guidelines on non-profits you are required to adopt a conflict of interest policy and have each member of the Board and all staff sign same acknowledging no or any conflict of interest. You are also required before the end of the year to have an adopted Whistle Blower Policy and Procedure that is again also read and signed off on by all Board and staff.

Of course some of your policies will depend upon State laws in the State or States in which you serve.

We will also shortly be adopting a Drug Testing Policy and Criminal Background Check Policy (already in effect for us in Guam and Saipan pending in Hawaii).
