My estimate of the linear feet for the dune fence is 1800 feet. With one buck every 18 feet, and poles 20 feet long, this would require 200 - 20' poles and 100 bucks.
This does not take into account the amount of fence already built, which I believe is about 600 feet. I think we should order the full amount, and keep any extra materials for later use in other dune projects.
I came up with this estimate using satellite photography, but I believe it to be accurate enough. I wanted to go out and measure physically by March 7, but this may not be possible because of rain. http://bit.ly/AXZ1i
